Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.  During peak holiday seasons, shipping may take some extra time, so please plan accordingly!  If you have any issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.  If there is damage or another issue with your shipment, please take multiple clear photos of the box, packaging, and item in question so that we can assess the issue and deal with it properly.  If you need a certain kind of shipping service or specific provider, please contact us before you order so that we can accommodate it.  Otherwise we utilize USPS First Class and Priority service as well as UPS on some orders.  Thank you so much!
